Hatha Yoga

Sabine Grohn teaches one of the oldest existing forms of yoga known in India. It is based on the yoga system of Yogarishi Dr Swami Gitananda, Pondicherry, South India. Dr. Grohn has acquired a wide range of knowledge and skills in theory and practice of hatha yoga, as well as asanas, kriyas, mudras, pranayamas, kriyas, jnana, raja yoga, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and ayurvedic cleansing techniques.
Practice includes:

Asanas (physical exercises)
Pranayama (breathing exercises and control),
Kryas and mudras (body movements, hand movements)
Dharana (concentration)
Nishpanda (relaxation techniques)
Dhyana (meditation and deep relaxation)

The exercises have a strengthening, balancing, and relieving effect on the body, mind and soul.

Coaching appointments can be made from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the reception of the practice.
