Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a proven, effective therapeutic tool, which can be described as a suggestive symptom-oriented therapy. It takes into account the importance of the symptom(s) and its/their development in the personal course of life. In the same focus, the patient’s abilities are revitalized and used as resources during the therapy.
Hypnotherapy is characterized as a concentrated, focused relaxation of the patient.

The aim of hypnotherapy is to treat, alleviate or resolve psychosomatic complaints, fears, obsessions, pain, depression, and addictions. The method also supports and accelerates recovery processes, thus improving performance and creativity.

In general, the effects of therapy and their duration are shorter with symptomatic treatment, but can be extended when the underlying causes of the disease and personal medical history are taken into account.
